Terms of service

Last updated 6 October 2026

These terms apply when you use jobhunts (jobhunts.co.uk) and the jobhunts browser extension. By creating an account or installing the extension you agree to them. Questions: support@jobhunts.co.uk.

Who can use jobhunts

You must be at least 16 and able to agree to these terms. You may have one account, for yourself; it is not for recruiters or agencies applying on behalf of others.

The service

jobhunts collects job postings from public job boards and employers' career sites, matches them to your CV, helps you prepare applications, fills in employers' application forms with the extension, and, if you connect a mailbox, tracks replies. Job details come from third parties; we cannot guarantee they are accurate, current or still open. Always check the employer's own posting.

Fees

jobhunts is currently free. If we introduce paid features, we will tell you the price before you are charged, and you will never be charged without agreeing first.

Your applications

You decide what to send and you submit applications yourself on the employer's form, whether it is shown inside jobhunts or on their site. Review every cover letter, drafted answer and field the extension fills in before you submit: they are generated from your CV, your profile and the posting, they can be wrong, and you are responsible for what you send. Make sure your answers, especially about your right to work, qualifications and experience, are true. Employers' forms are provided by them and their applicant-tracking providers under their own terms.

Your content

Your CV, letters and data stay yours. You allow us to process them to provide the service, as described in the privacy policy.

Availability and changes

We work to keep jobhunts available, but we provide it "as is" and may change or discontinue features. If we change these terms in a way that matters, we will tell you by email first.

Liability

We are not liable for hiring decisions, for employers' decisions or forms, for job postings by third parties, or for indirect losses. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or your rights as a consumer.

Ending your account

You can stop using jobhunts at any time, remove the extension, and ask us to delete your account at support@jobhunts.co.uk. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.

Law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction. If you live elsewhere in the UK, you can also bring a claim in your local courts.
